Anderson Nguyen studied Building Renovation Technology and received an advanced diploma from George Brown Polytechnic. He began his career with an immediate internship secured through a professor’s referral—an early testament to his dedication and potential. He went on to gain valuable experience with Mattamy Homes, where he contributed to supervising residential developments and deepened his understanding of construction at every stage. After apprenticing under seasoned professionals for a few years, he used that time to refine his skills and develop a strong foundation before launching Curb Appeal Renovations. Today, he takes immense pride in his artistry, consistently striving to elevate his craft while delivering high-quality work without ever cutting corners on safety or detail. Known for his approachable nature and commitment to client care, he is passionate about transforming ordinary spaces into beautiful, lasting homes.

1. Discovery

We begin our process with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, objectives and current challenges you may face with your home. This may require a site visit to understand the scope of work, gather measurements and confirm materials needed for the project. An estimate on costs as well as an approximate timeline is given to the client based on findings from the consultation and site visit.

2. Planning

Once the scope and estimated costs are agreed upon, we will begin discussion on finishes, logistics and establish a more precise schedule with you. We are in close communication with our highly skilled trades and suppliers and will coordinate them into the plan. If more direction is needed on material choices, we will gladly offer our expertise. We are highly collaborative and will work with you to accommodate your timeline to the best of our ability.

3. Execution

At this stage, the work begins and your vision will slowly come to life. From demolition to final finishes, we will ensure every detail is built to spec and up to code. We will continue to coordinate trades, manage timelines and monitor for quality assurance at every step. We are familiar with encountering unforeseen challenges that may arise after demolition and will offer creative solutions to ensure the project moves along efficiently.

4. Quality Assurance

Once construction is complete, we inspect every element to ensure that the renovation meets the highest standard. We conduct full walkthroughs, test systems, confirm workmanship so that everything aligns with the original plan. Any final adjustments or touch-ups are addressed promptly, and we coordinate necessary inspections or certifications to ensure full compliance. Our goal is not only to create a space that is beautiful but built to last.
